Downward support diagonal brace
The lower support diagonal brace is made of No. 8 I-beam, with a length of approximately 1 meter. Fixed sleeves are welded at both ends, and the color is dark green.
The bridge seat, with a product size of 450*450mm and a single weight of 38 kilograms, is dark green in color. It is mainly used for the end fixation support of the Bailey bridge.
The bridge seat plate, with a product size of 630*1060mm and a dark green color, is mainly used for fixing and supporting the end of the Bailey plate. It is used in conjunction with the bridge seat, increasing the force-bearing area of the support.
The chord bolt has a product size of 36*180mm, a single weight of 2.2kg, and is made of No. 45 steel. The surface treatment is generally electro-galvanizing. The product is mainly used to connect Bailey plates and reinforcing chord bolts, and is a dedicated connection and fixing part.
Steel bridge guardrails are made by coating No. 48 steel pipes with alternating red and white colors.
Bridge deck bolts are made of 20mm diameter round steel, processed with threaded parts, and the surface is oxidized and blackened. They are mainly used for the connection between bridge decks and Bailey plates.
