Bridge deck bolts are made of 20mm diameter round steel, processed with threaded parts, and the surface is oxidized and blackened. They are mainly used for the connection between bridge decks and Bailey plates.
The size of the Bailey pin is 50×200mm, and the specific processing size is 49.5×197mm. It is specifically used for the connection of Bailey plates. The surface treatment is generally oxidation blackening treatment to achieve the anti-rust effect. The materials are 30CrMnTi and 40Cr. At the pin head, there is an 8mm hole for inserting the safety pin (safety card, anti-disengagement card).
The bracket bolt, also known as the flower stand bolt or flower window bolt, is made of 35k material, with a size of 22*110mm. Its surface is treated with electro-galvanizing and weighs 0.5kg. It is mainly used for connecting the bracket and the Bailey plate and is a special connecting part.
