Bailey plates, also known as Bailey beams or Bailey frames, are metal structural components assembled and welded from low alloy steel. The product dimensions are 3 meters ×1.5 meters, and the external dimensions are 3115×1500×176mm. They are mainly used in Bailey Bridges, cast-in-place beam supports, and the assembly of gantry cranes and other operation scenarios. The product is made of Q355B material and features a large load capacity, good interchangeability and strong adaptability. The Bailey plate is welded together by upper and lower chord rods, vertical rods and inclined rods. The ends of the upper and lower chord rods have male and female joints, and there are pin holes for the pestle frame connection on the joints. The vertical rods and diagonal struts are made of No. 8 I-beams, and the chord rods are composed of two No. 10 channel steels back-to-back, enhancing the load-bearing capacity. Multiple steel plates with round holes are welded on the lower chord bar for the subsequent connection of the reinforcing chord bar and the double-layer truss.
